I'm parked on you

Full note

Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me. You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.

1co.propflow.smith-worker LaunchAgent is genuinely absent from launchctl list (confirmed via sudo launchctl asuser 501 launchctl list — no propflow entries). A duplicate copy of the worker (PID 21414) and slack_socket (PID 21433) are running instead, manually started at 03:10 today inside an interactive tmux/claude session (claude-070d6a0d), so Smith is currently functioning but NOT durably supervised — if that tmux session closes or the box reboots, the worker silently dies. I cannot reload it myself: my process runs under a launchd 'Background' session (confirmed via launchctl managername), and gui/501 domain bootstrap fails with error 125 'Domain does not support specified action' on every method tried (direct gui, user domain, sudo direct, sudo launchctl asuser proxy) — this is a session-type wall, not a permissions issue, since read ops (list/print) via sudo asuser work fine but bootstrap does not.

In plain terms. One of Smith's own always-on helpers (the worker that runs Smith itself) isn't set up to auto-restart if the machine reboots or a session closes — right now it's only staying alive because someone started it by hand this morning. Can someone with a real terminal on the mini run one command to fix that properly?
The session raising this recommends: Reload it now
The manual copies work but aren't supervised — any restart of that tmux session or the box loses Smith silently with no auto-recovery, and this is a 30-second fix for someone with real console access: launchctl bootstrap gui/501 ~/Library/LaunchAgents/co.propflow.smith-worker.plist, verify with launchctl list | grep propflow, then kill the manual duplicates (PIDs 21414 and 21433).
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Tried launchctl bootstrap gui/501, launchctl load -w, launchctl bootstrap user/501, sudo launchctl bootstrap gui/501 direct, and sudo launchctl asuser 501 launchctl bootstrap gui/501 — all five failed (125 Domain does not support specified action, or I/O error), while sudo launchctl asuser 501 launchctl list succeeded and confirmed no propflow labels are loaded. Confirmed via ps that no agent_smith process anywhere has ppid 1 (launchd), and via /usr/bin/log that launchd logged zero bootstrap/bootout events for co.propflow.smith-worker in the last 48h.
