I'm parked on you

Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me. You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.

In plain terms. Can you do two small things to get our invite emails out of Gmail's spam folder? For two weeks our own test robots emailed 172 made-up addresses at our own domains. Every one bounced, and Gmail now trusts our domain less. The two fixes in our code are already underway, and the email security policy stays as it is. 1. Who sets up Google's free reputation dashboard so we can watch our standing recover? Gera as the Google admin (recommended), Fede, or skip. 2. Who opens the test inbox and marks the invite Not spam so Gmail learns? Gera now (recommended), or skip.

Tried first, unsuccessfully: fable-decide receipt fcde87e13 RESOLVED (Fable, held under reversal): Gera adds Postmaster Tools, DMARC stays monitor-only, Gera marks the invite Not spam. The DMARC half is executed as-is (no DNS change). The other two are actions only a person with the Google admin and the test inbox can perform, which no model rung can do, so they are raised here for Gera to accept or hand off. Earlier receipt ff9c1c03f (Astra, flipped under reversal) covered DMARC alone.

1Google Postmaster Tools shows a domain's spam reputation as Gmail sees it and whether it is recovering; it requires a Google Workspace admin of propflowai.co to verify the domain (a DNS TXT or the existing site verification). Nobody has set it up. Who does it?

In plain terms. Who sets up Google's free reputation dashboard so we can watch our email standing recover? It takes about five minutes and needs whoever administers our Google account.
The session raising this recommends: Gera adds it as the Google admin
Without it we can only guess when the bounce damage from Sep 4-9 has cleared; with it we read Gmail's own reputation graph.

2Two invites went out today: 16:52Z to test.client@propflowai.co (Workspace mailbox) and 16:58Z to propflow.test@gmail.com; the screenshot shows the latter in Gmail spam. Marking it Not spam trains Gmail for that mailbox and 'Show original' gives the header block that says why Gmail filed it. Smith has no access to either inbox.

In plain terms. Who opens the test inbox and marks the invite as Not spam? That is the one direct signal we can give Gmail today, and it shows us why Gmail filed it.
The session raising this recommends: Gera does it now
It is the only direct signal we can send Gmail today, and the header block confirms whether reputation or content triggered the placement.
