1Approve PR #17546 (ci.yml: stop RunsOn re-running merged queue trains on full-price machines) at head a18e94f9?
In plain terms. Can you approve PR 17546 on GitHub? It stops us paying for full-price re-runs of work that already merged, and since it touches CI config it needs a second person's OK.
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Approve it on GitHub so it merges Bot 🟢 on this exact head, all other checks green, auto-merge armed. It only stops a cost leak (9 wasted full-price re-runs in 19h) and the CI lane owns a revert if a spot reclaim ejects a train. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Smith checked: the only red is the fence status 'needs approval of this exact commit by a person other than its author'. Smith can't approve as a person and the queue refuses admin merges, so a human review is the only path.
