you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you
agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card
as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me.
You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.
1On decision b89166599 you answered 'Merge both, then I deploy and re-measure', naming gera-propflow/dotclaude#45 and PropFlow-Technologies/agentflow-relay#148. Both are green, reviewed and cleanly mergeable, and neither has merged in many hours. The operator manual says the operator never merges, and on both prior decisions in this task you merged yourself and left me the operational half — so I have held. Asking only who presses the button, not whether they should land. Note #148's head moved from 9711032 to 45e1ec6 after your answer, because I brought it up to date with main.
In plain terms. Two finished fixes are sitting ready and the only thing left is pressing merge — did you mean to do that yourself, or did you mean for me to? If you press it, I roll them out and re-check straight after; if you'd rather I pressed it, say so and I'll do both. Worth knowing: one of the two changed slightly after you last looked at it.

The moment they land I roll out and re-measure. Tried first, unsuccessfully: f9237b1b1 RESOLVED (high/high, held under reversal) told me to ask you rather than decide it myself, and corrected my own reading: I thought an earlier receipt showed the fleet merging on your say-so, but it records you merging those three yourself. It also judged that no second opinion can hand me permission to cross that line — only you can. Cost of asking: one extra round-trip while the older code keeps two known bugs running.
