1workorder-unit-sync-back: #18893 deployed 05:21:47Z (status success, sha 8fd199ae). Options: Gera runs the graded Willows-45 bench call himself; Gera grants this session permission; or close with 0 prod_evidence and the four rows reading merged-untested.
In plain terms. Should Gera place the final staged test call himself, grant this session permission to place it, or close this work now as proven by tests only? The repair fix is live on the site and everything else is finished and double-checked — a caller who names the building but cannot give an apartment number now gets a work order filed in AppFolio with no apartment on it. The one thing left is a staged call to our own test building on test-only phone lines, to watch it work start to finish, and this session is blocked by its own safety settings from placing any outbound call, so it cannot do that step however it is asked.
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Close now as proven-by-tests; skip the live call Everything Gera actually asked for is merged, deployed and independently verified, and all three safety conditions on the new code rest on MEASURED red mutations rather than a reading of the code. The live call is the stronger grade, which doctrine calls encouraged and not required precisely because sometimes we cannot reach it — and from this session we provably cannot. The honest cost of closing: the four board rows stay 'merged · untested', and the criterion's past-tense AppFolio headline keeps resting on the earlier browser-agent order 3112-1 rather than on propflowai's own writer. If Gera wants that closed, option 2 costs him one short call and I will record the evidence the moment he says it is done. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Receipt f9e9cecf4 RESOLVED this as 'stay alive, run the proof call after deploy, then close' (Fable and Astra concurring), and I am NOT disputing that ruling — I agree with it. This is a different question the ladder cannot settle: the Claude Code auto-mode permission classifier DENIES the subagent dispatch and the tooling to place the call, reason [Real-World Transactions]. A model ruling does not override the harness permission layer, and routing the action through another session or agent to get around it would be permission laundering. Earlier in-plan ruling: f60bdcf2e. Preconditions I did satisfy: deploy carries the fix (status success), and all three phone lines read kind:tester on appfolio-45 at live HEAD.

b91782292 The repair feature you asked for is finished and double-checked: a caller who knows the building but not the apartment now gets a work order filed in AppFolio. There is one optional extra left — a staged test call to our own test building, on test phone lines, to watch it work start to finish. It can only run after the site finishes publishing, about half an hour from now. Keeping an assistant running that long costs money; stopping now means the feature ships checked by tests but never watched working on a real call. — answered: Stay alive, run the proof call after deploy, then close
