In plain terms. The fix that stops the daily "main checkout stuck" alarm has been correct for six review rounds, but each round the reviewer keeps finding small polish items in the safety-net code I added on top, and the review bot will not give a green light until it finds nothing. Choosing "stop" means we merge it as soon as the reviewer has no blocking complaint (and once the separately held one-word check fix is approved), and leftover polish moves into the bigger rewrite you already have open. Choosing "keep going" means I keep doing rounds until the bot is fully green, however many that takes.
The full question, as raised

agent-harness #1384 (git-hygiene: never apply a stash that would conflict) is at review round 11 on one file. The core fix (merge-tree gate at all three stash-apply sites) has been unchanged since round 4; rounds 5-10 each returned new non-blocking LOWs on the recovery-pin and row-wording code added in response to review, and I fixed each. Merge is also blocked by the adversarial check actor-regex bug (fix #1388, held for a human). How should #1384 finish?

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Stop polishing; merge once nothing blocks
The alert-stopping fix has been stable for 6 rounds; the remaining findings are hardening of hardening with shrinking severity, and the broader rewrite (#1331) is the designed home for stash terminal-state work, so leftover LOWs fold there on its rebase. 173 tests pass on head 5cf9038f; CI green except the adversarial check broken by the bug #1388 fixes.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Drove 10 review rounds, resolving every thread with a push and a test (148 -> 173 tests), declared a BLOCKING-only freeze at round 8, and still received new LOWs on each round-s additions; cannot judge alone whether more rounds buy safety or just churn, and the merge needs a human to release #1388 anyway.
