Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs
you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you
agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card
as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me.
You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.
1propflow-inbound.fifo oldest-message-age alarm fired because ANTHROPIC_BACKGROUND_AUTH_TOKEN (the shared subscription bearer feeding backgroundClient()/benchClient() for bench-property traffic) is returning 401 'OAuth access token has been revoked'. Only the nightly sms-stress synthetic conversations (property appfolio-45 / test property, senderIds +1206555xxxx) are affected — FIFO MessageGroupId is per-conversation and BatchSize=1 with ReportBatchItemFailures wired, so real tenant message groups are not blocked; real tenant traffic still rides the untouched metered ANTHROPIC_API_KEY. The stuck message(s) will hit INBOUND_QUEUE_MAX_RECEIVE_COUNT=8 and DLQ within ~1h (630s visibility timeout x 8) even with no action. I can't refresh the bearer myself — it needs an interactive Which login do you mean — GitHub (`gh`), the Slack/Stripe MCP connectors (those are currently unauthenticated and need `/mcp` or claude.ai connector settings, not something I can drive from here), or something else like Codex CLI?
Separately, unrelated to "login": there's a repeated system message about the agent runtime having 28 local-only commits and 6 upstream-only commits with an unverified guard — I haven't touched that, just flagging it's sitting there in case you want it looked at.
**Plain English: I need to know what you want to log into before I do anything — GitHub, Slack/Stripe, or something else — since "login" alone doesn't tell me which.** on one of the pool accounts feeding Secrets Manager -> SSM /propflow/prod/ANTHROPIC_BACKGROUND_AUTH_TOKEN.
In plain terms. The nightly SMS test's shared Claude login got logged out overnight, so tonight's test messages keep failing and clog the test queue — want me to grab a fresh login for it, or just let it drain itself out over the next hour?
The session raising this recommends: Refresh the shared login now It'll just die again tomorrow night's stress run otherwise, and this exact class of test-lane-credential incident already burned an hour of Opus spend once before (2026-08-02). Tried first, unsuccessfully: Traced the alarm to the specific 401 log lines, confirmed via SQS attrs + event-source-mapping config that only the stress-test's own message group is stuck (BatchSize=1, per-conversation MessageGroupId, ReportBatchItemFailures on), confirmed the metered production key (real tenants) is untouched, checked SSM/Secrets Manager timestamps, and checked for an existing decision on this before raising — found two resolved-but-different ones (b89479387: keep backgroundClient on the shared login; b89459450: bench-key provisioning, still 'go find out'), neither covers a live revoked token, so this is a new one.
