1The corrected leasing test scores 66% because Clara still lists several homes in about a quarter of replies; should this task close on the honest 66%, or wait until Clara's answers are fixed to reach 78%?

In plain terms. Should we accept the honest 66% score and close this task, or hold it until Clara's replies are fixed to reach 78%? The test now checks Fede's 'name one home' rule correctly and shows Clara still lists several homes in about a quarter of replies; closing now ships the honest test, holding means changing what Clara tells prospects first.
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Accept the honest 66% and close this task
The 78% target assumed every failure was an out-of-date test. Measurement shows 61 of 82 failures are Clara breaking the rule, and this task is not allowed to change what she says. Fixing her replies changes what real prospects hear, so it deserves its own task and proof; the honest test ships either way.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: fa2dcc453: Fable ruled to ship the honest 65.8% PR now; changing the acceptance gate is human-only (drive --replace), so it routed this one question here.
