In plain terms. Should we close the double-text report as a false alarm? Clara texted the resident once; the second record is Twilio logging that same text arriving, because the test resident's number is one of our own. Closing means no code change.
The full question, as raised

The 'double text' was never sent twice: Twilio records both ends of one text because the bench 'resident' number +17202122112 is a Twilio number on our account (SMd36cc01c outbound-api/delivered, SMfb73e032 inbound/received). No bug, so no fix PR or failing regression test can exist, and there is no deploy to bench after. How should the task close?

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Close it — nothing to fix, send no new test text
Twilio itself labels the second record 'inbound/received', and every Willows text in the log has the same pair, including the emergency alerts. Across about 26 sends there is no case of two outgoing records with the same recipient and wording, and nothing in our code ran at the moment of the second record. The 23:58 gas-emergency test already showed one outgoing reply.
Model receiptFABLE was asked, and escalated. Receipt fe230307b — NEEDS HUMAN.
Both passes agreed on 'Close on the finding: row 1 done with root cause (no PR — no bug), row 2 satisfied by the existing Twilio record showing exactly one outbound-api SID for that turn; no new text sent', and it is being escalated anyway: this question turns on money or a commitment to a person (matched 'sent\nClose'), which is not a model's to settle however confident it sounds.

Paid for on 2026-08-07: the unit-607 renewal rate came back RESOLVED from both passes at high confidence and was wrong — Fable found the standup ruling about the move-in SPECIAL and missed the correction posted 2h2…
