Everything I could decide myself is decided. What's left needs you. Each one carries the recommendation of the session that raised it — if you agree, pick it and press Done. A model's opinion, where there is one, appears on the card as a receipt line; cards with no receipt were never put to a model. "I'm not sure" is a real answer and becomes work for me. You don't need to open the session — pressing Done sends your answer back and it picks up.

In plain terms. A rule says the word 'done' must never show up in the daily review thread, but the system posts that word by itself when a PR lands — should we relax the rule or change what the system says?
The session raising this recommends: Scope the clause to Smith's own prose
The rule came from Gera 2026-09-06 ('done sounds like youre done') about Smith CLAIMING completion; DONE in closure.py is a closed five-word outcome vocabulary rendered uppercase on purpose so every durable terminal is greppable — narrowing the clause costs nothing, renaming the vocabulary costs every workflow's terminal.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: Measured it: 3 of the 14 messages in the review thread carry the word, all templates (smith_pr_drive_finalize 'task — done', smith_slack_send 'PR-drive — DONE: merged', 'Deploy — DONE: live'), none Smith's prose. Traced both emitters: phase_table.py:1457 and closure.py:103 (DONE is one of the five closed OUTCOMES). Could not fix it without either rewriting the shared closure vocabulary or special-casing review threads inside it, and Slack posts are never deleted (review §1) so this thread can never satisfy the clause retroactively. Filed as row p11-drive-terminal-lines-print-done-into-the-review-thread, now fired on two consecutive runs.
