In plain terms. A teammate approved a 'how did the repair go?' text to a resident today, but a bug stopped it from going out, and nothing will retry it. Sending it now means the resident gets it a few hours late; closing it means they never get asked.
Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: Send it now, a few hours late A person approved it on the normal path; only delivery failed. The sender re-checks first (skips if already rated, job cancelled, or asked in the last 24h), and rating replies stay open 30 days. Tried first, unsuccessfully: Fable receipt fb7a86593 RESOLVED to send it. I am not overriding its pick, only who may carry it out: the row is already marked approved with a failed delivery, so sending it means a one-off production write plus a text to a resident at a real customer building. CLAUDE.md's hard floor reserves outbound customer communication and other prod writes to a founder (Fede or Gera), and a decider ruling cannot stand in for that. Say Send and I send it through the hold-approval rail and record you as the approver.
