In plain terms. May this session fix one line on its own checklist for the thank-you alarm, or would Gera rather run that one command himself? The work is done and live: when Clara deliberately says nothing to a polite 'thanks', nobody gets woken any more, and a message she really did miss still wakes someone. But this morning, before the work existed, this session pointed one checklist item at a code branch that was never created — so that item can never tick, and this job stays open forever until the line is rewritten. The command that rewrites it signs the change with Gera's name, which is the only reason this session is asking instead of just doing it: with Gera's go-ahead that signature is true. Approve and this job closes itself; decline and it waits for Gera to run one command.
The full question, as raised

Acceptance item [1] on task reply-clock-closer-skip is 'run:PropFlow-Technologies/propflowai@smith-fix/channel-alert-inbound_reply_late-20261016-1541 green'. That branch was never created: the assigned lane died on a weekly seat limit before pushing, and the fix shipped in parallel from another session on branch ...-1549 as propflowai#20467 (merged 2026-10-16T16:25:31Z, all required checks SUCCESS). _eval_run_green is fail-closed on zero check-runs, so item [1] can never pass and the Temporal gate is pinned at 2/3 while dock-finisher reads 3/3 exit 0, FINISHED. Items [2] (agent-smith#1167 merged) and [3] (propflowai#20467 merged, appended by this session) are both observed done by the evaluator. The monotonicity invariant permits appends only; the skill names drive --replace as the human door, and drive:190-192 hardcodes the timeline summary 'Gera set/changed what this session is driving at', so a Driver self-running it writes a record attributing the change to Gera. Proposed replacement criterion, naming the mechanism rather than a branch: 'A merged propflowai PR makes the inbound reply clock stop paging #alerts when Clara deliberately chose not to reply, with a regression test that fails on the old code, while a newer real inbound still pages.'

Why, and what was tried
The session raising this recommends: This session rewrites the line and closes the job
Gera's go-ahead makes the tool's 'Gera changed this' signature accurate rather than false, which was the whole objection. The work is already merged and verified at 3/3; this is bookkeeping on a line this session mis-wrote, and the replacement criterion is strictly more honest because it names the mechanism instead of a branch name invented before the work existed.
Tried first, unsuccessfully: f1223530c — ruled RAISE IT TO A HUMAN over letting this session self-replace. It found drive --replace is explicitly the human door (SKILL.md:418-419, :353-354) and that drive:190-192 attributes the change to Gera in the timeline, so a Driver self-running it writes a false record; this session verified that line itself. It also noted that leaving the gate wedged with no routed question produces a zombie task. Earlier receipts on this task: f3a442896 (teach the row fence first), ff4e051dc (the worker redeploy IS mechanical — corrected a wrong premise of this session's), fa5a7da37 (this dock drives the code fix).
