Agent Testing Cadence

Fede's question — do we just trust CI, or should harnesses run on a schedule — answered against what actually runs today, plus how other agent companies do it.

The verdict, in plain English

More already runs on a schedule than the question assumed — 27 automated jobs fire every night or week. But the three pieces that check whether components still work together (not just alone) are the ones nobody scheduled.

Fix: put those three on a timer, and add one daily real phone call/text to a live line as a canary — the same pattern Sierra, Decagon and ElevenLabs use to catch drift between releases.

This buys us: a regression caught the morning after it lands, instead of whenever the next person happens to touch that file.

Nothing here goes live at a customer without the usual three-step rollout — this proposal is about our own test rig, not about turning anything on for a tenant.
